They make you make a on line appointment for rental and vet your vehicle and if it's not there standard, they refuse you.

Me and my son came to drop off our rental and we were greeted with a cheerful smile. We were offered water before we even got out the truck and he also helped me back and show that I was okay. Excellent customer service. Love it and thank you, Brian ❤
