Miranda cut and conditioned my hair on Friday and she is AMAZING!!!! I am 51 years old. This is LITERALLY the BEST haircut I have EVER had. So happy and impressed with her.

We've been to this salon many times with no complaints. But today after waiting 20 mins past our appointment time with our stylist not showing up or any of the any of the other stylists helping us, we decided they didn't need our business. I did tell the cashier that you all might need to get your salon together with helping their clients.

I want to share my recent experience at ULTA, which was deeply disappointing. I went to the store to return some new, unused products, complete with my receipt. However, my visit quickly turned negative due to the unacceptable treatment I received from the staff.
Initially, I planned to have my husband assist with the return, but the staff insisted on dealing with me directly. This insistence created an uncomfortable situation, especially since we were also managing our children at the same time. After a lengthy exchange regarding my identification and a meticulous review of my personal information and previous transactions, I was informed that my return would not be accepted.
When I asked for an explanation, the staff member refused to answer my question and instead told me to leave the store. Throughout this interaction, it was clear that my accent and background were a significant barrier to effective communication, and I felt discriminated against because of it.
Having never returned items in this store before, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. The products were perfectly new and unused, and I had followed all the protocols for returning them. It’s disheartening to be treated this way, and I want to encourage ULTA to improve their customer service training to ensure all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background or how they speak.
