I dropped off a phone to return to Verizon and they never received it! I just read that someone else had the same issue with this store. Verizon is trying to charge me $1000 because they never received the old phone. THEFT! Don't leave the store without getting the receipt or making sure they scan something.

The line is literally out the door with one cashier working. Had to wait over a half hour and could not accept package due to being in a shoe box as it could get crushed she said but the guy before me had one. Terrible service! Will be avoiding ups at all costs!

Worst UPS store anywhere around. Older lady at the front door offered to help, threw a fit over me bringing a no box/ no label needed item back IN A BOX to ship- then proceeded to actually argue about the box it was in, saying it couldn't be shipped in the box, because it was too expensive of an item. It was a 20.00 item to be returned to Amazon- you guys need to get on the same page- and she needs to find a new job

Does anyone working here know how to smile. Or anything of anything kind. I’ve been in this store around 6 times and not once been greeted or smiled at. Very strange vibe. So it’s not just one staff member. Must be how they want them to act.

Worst customer service experience of my life. I needed to ship a computer, monitors, and some Electronics. The girl that was helping me obviously did not know how to make this happen. After much confusion and nothing happening, I had to ask for the manager, Nina, for a second time. At that time I told the girl that she was fairly inept. An observation. Then another girl working in the store verbally attacked me and told me that I was calling people names, (an adjective), and that I needed to leave. I explained to Nina I'm a paying customer, I've done nothing wrong, I just want to ship these items in a professional manor. Please take over what this girl was doing and ship my items. She told me if I apologize to the girl, and I said I would, she would go ahead and complete my process. However the girl was in the back and was too upset to come back to the front of the store for her apology. Simply pointing out that someone was not capable of Performing their job they were being paid to do should not be an issue. Then Nina allowed another girl in the store to call the police and ask that I be banned from the store for stating facts. If someone could have packed and shipped like your suppossed to, then this could have been avoided. The store should remove me from being banned, apoligize to me for calling the police, and ship my items with a discount. Terrible customer service experience.

We recently had several photos copied by the store employees, they were so bad we couldn’t even use them. When we asked for correct reprints they refused. DON’T TAKE PHOTOS THERE AND EXPECT QUALITY WORK.

Things have not changed for the better at the Blue Springs UPS store. I have had many photo copies made through the years to duplicate scrapbook pages. They always looked like the original. The manager today would not even look at the poor reproductions or give me any help or options. She said they couldn’t make them lighter (like the originals)! I can make my home printer do that much! She was blunt and rude. I hadn’t needed for them to print anything off for years, but trusted that if ANYTHING, their copy machines were better than ever! 60 cents each for over 25 useless copies and no apology! I’m sure they are capable of better quality and better customer service.

In May I dropped a cell phone off at this location to return to Verizon. When I handed the lady the box she took and looked like she was processing it. I waited a few minutes thinking she was going to give me receipt, she turned around and asked if I needed help. I said do I get receipt she said no. I left thinking ok. Well, Verizon stated they never received the cell phone and charged me the $1000 dollars. I believe the phone was stolen. Verizon could not find any of the tracking numbers as it was not processed.

Charged $9.00 for a box to return to Amazon, the item was in the orginal packaging, Amazon says its free to return though them, so who is wrong to charge, Amazon or UPS?

First off, the workers are extremely rude. Who ever the African American kid is with the wild hair working up front needs to be shown the door he's a jackass. They do not have a notary as stated on signs as well as website. Instead of being apologetic for inconveniencing the customer, this kid said call corporate, it's their problem. Pretty much told me to eff off without directly saying it. I'll be calling corporate I already have their number the bad reviews on here speak for themselves what a lousy store.

Every time i leave this business i think to myself what nice people they are. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend using them for your shipping/packaging/office needs. Thank you for the kind service.
