Best advice is go to a different Ups store. Very rude to their customers and they try to scam you with up charges when they aren't necessary. Third time this has happened I take a return package to them that shipped to me via ups. No box damage or anything and they refuse it unless I pay the upcharge for a new box which is outrageously priced. I asked the lady why because that's exactly how he came to me and she got very rude. I walked out and went to the Lee's Summit store and they took it without any question or issue. I don't know if they changed ownership or what, but this store didn't used to be like this. I will not be returning to this store ever.

They don't have coping done.Emailed what needed copy and go in next day and didn't have copies ready. This has happened several times.

I signed up for a po box. I was told I had 24 hours access, I had to pay for 3 keys. When I found out I did not have 24 hour access, I called and was told I had to pay $15 a month for each access card. I asked to speak to a Manger yet every time I called, she was never in.I then went in and once again she wasn't in but Jeanette (I believe that was her name) could help me because she does the management job. She had a very bad attitude, was hateful and very unprofessional.I looked at my contract and it shows I have a $0 cost for first 2 keys to po box and $0 cost for 24 hour access, $0 cost to forward my mail after cancelation. She didn't know why my contract showed $0 cost on anything but if I want access, I need to pay. She stated if I have a problem then I can talk to the owner but wouldn't give me any contact information.I asked to cancel my 1 year agreement and she stated sure but your not getting a refund.This store is a joke. Contract shows $0 cost so that is what it should be.With that said, I prefer a full refund then stay there at $0 cost

Loved getting to the store during their hours of operation only to find the employees locked the door before they are supposed to close. They were still doing their closing work (prior to the stores closing time) and despite them seeing and hearing the attempt to open the door, they couldn’t find the time to let me drop of my package. Though, I will say they were nice enough to let the Amazon driver in with lots of packages, but the other two customers that attempted to drop off a package and myself were not so lucky. Instead our time was wasted driving to UPS to find out they close early.

Very rude employees in the store. They are no help at all when it comes to mailing anything. Walked in one day to two employees yelling at each other while there were customers waiting in line. Very unprofessional employees. Go to any other location trust me it's worth it.

Had a book we needed to return from Amazon. Originally the site just gave a scan code to return, but weirdly when we got to the store it had changed to needing to have it packaged with a label. Out of convenience we went ahead to pay the extortionist price to have themprint the label and package. Near $2 for just a label, and $6 for a box. Asked if there was an envelope thatcould be bought cheaper and he said no. I should've questioned it, but I didn't. As leaving the store, then I passed envelopes for $2.50. This probably sounds stupid, but it Irritates me so much that lack of helpfulness!

This is the only UPS store I'll go to. Dhurba is always so helpful. He's helped me find return labels on my phone, he's gotten my packages the best speed possible for a reasonable price and he always remembers me and is friendly. Thanks for your help again today Dhurba!!

Not a single complaint about this location. They're fast, efficient, and friendly. Excellent customer service, especially Dhurba. 10/10 would recommend this specific location to others.

I had an excellent experience with printing, notarizing and mailing a very important document at this UPS center. Dhurba was the representative who helped me. He was very professional, fast, accurate and pleasant to work with.He took care of all these three tasks in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this UPS store and thank you, Dhurba.
