I wish I had the ability to leave a negative star rating. I can't for the life of my remember the old white lady with curly shoulder length hair and glasses name but to say she needs customer service training is an understatement. If you don't like your job then find another career. The way she talk to people with no care in the world is unfathomable.. she should be FIRED and it takes a lot for me to say that about someone's livelihood but if you don't care to do your job with the customer service it REQUIRES then you don't deserve to have that job. Absolutely unacceptable and I hope she gets at the very least a talking to. I love up the road and will never return to this location ever and anyone asks I will steer them away. Ridiculous that they hire just anyone in that role.

Worst postal service around the worker here can't find my house and I live within 6mins of their office multiple packages missed return and forced to reorder because of there service provided shut your door and let UPS take over our area

Nothing but a bunch of thieves work here. They open people’s mail and still items. Then when you try to file a claim they tell you to F off.

The management at this location is beyond terrible. We never receive our mail in the correct box. It’s like the carrier management has no clue what they are doing, how to train, or have any consistency. I feel absolutely sorry for their employees who seem constantly stressed. This is a hostile work environment, I have many family members in management that work for the postal service and never have been through the level of disrespect and lack of management knowledge.I’ve spoken to a couple of people at this location and discrimination between supervisor and employee seems like a very big issue, I wish Postal Inspectors investigate this station for the sake of their employees. The management thinks they can get away with whatever they please. There are laws for a reason.In conclusion, I would love to have our mail delivered correctly, I would love to see our carriers appreciated, I would also love to see a support system instead of seeing your employees stressed and taken advantage of because of very low esteemed management.

This post office is horrible. No one ever answers the phone. The postman (specifically the old white haired guy) will look for any reason not to deliver your mail. I have had multiple envelopes arrive appearing tampered with. Their inability to do their job is literally a contributing factor to moving.

Would give zero if I could. Even when taking packages inside, they aren’t marked as collected for close to a week. My packages are supposed to ship in less than five days with a Ground label, yet they sit there because they don’t do anythint with them. I am actively losing money because of this location. Save yourself time, headache, and money and just go to the Lee’s Summit location.

No boxes or envelopes out for priority or other shipping means. Bins are empty of all items except and few tiny boxes. This is the norm. So, you have to wait in line to ask for a box then step out of line, then wait in line again to ship. Booooo. Also, they are Slower than smoke with no care when checking people out. Not friendly. Just a bad post office. I go out of my just to go to a different one. As far as mail deliveries go, not much better. They would rather stick a sticker on your door to make you go pick something up verses wait 1 minute to knock/ring the doorbell so they can deliver like they were paid to do. This has happened 2 times. I was home, no knock or doorbell but the sticker was on my door when I went out. I’ve even had them not leave anything and I had to track it down. Booooo.

Lady at the front quit midway through helping me to yell at someone in the back to hurry up and lock the doors so no one else could get in. Sense of urgency to get out as soon as possible instead of when the jobs finished.

8/12/23 We had some deliveries that unfortunately came by USPS (Blue Springs) they shoved several packages NOT designed to be smashed or fit in a mailbox, into my mailbox. Almost couldn't pry them out and they actually BROKE my mailbox. Looking to see where to file complaint with The MO Attorney Generals office because attempting to call the actual Post Office is a waste of time. They don't answer, they dont care. Ridiculous waste of taxpayer money.

Wost experience ever getting my passport the lady who was helping was yelling to make the line again eve, though I already did and have appointment scheduled them she was rushing everything and don't let me double check the paperwork but after finished I noticed she was rushing me because she wants to help a mens was in line. Do not recommend this location to get your passport.

went in to get a package and to ask about another package that got delivered. they only gave me the key to the parcel locker that had 1 of my 2 packages in. i was yelled at by 2 different workers, the worker that helped me was rude and consistently cut me off when i was speaking. she asked me questions that she would’ve known the answer to had she not cut me off and let me finish telling her the details about the situation. she slammed my change down on the counter in front of me. when she asked me for my name and phone number so the supervisor could get in touch, she rolled her eyes at me twice, and made me repeat myself multiple times when i was already on the verge of yelling my phone number at her, i was not whispering. i was already talking louder than i usually would having a normal conversation with someone. my experience was horrible and resulted in me feeling frustrated and angry with their horrible customer service.

WHOEVER DELIVERS MAIL IN WATERFIELD NORTH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I have never had a problem with the people in the office but I consistently have problems with mail delivery and pickup. Thankfully we have decent neighbors who bring us our mail when it is delivered one or two blocks away. Also, for some reason our mail only gets picked up about half the time when the flag is up. They simply put the incoming mail over the outgoing and leave the flag up.
