“Do not purchase glass from here. It is all extremely cheap and overpriced. If you do purchase glass, make sure to inspect thoroughly before taking home. The bowl for the piece was cracked on the stem. The bong itself does not function properly. Two percolators in the piece and only one works. I brought it back only a couple hours after purchasing and they couldn’t even tell me no, just sorry. I was willing to pay the difference for a liver piece from them but they denied that as well. $150 piece that functions like $60 beaker. They also did not mention that it is buy as you see it or their return policy, which does not exist.I have always liked coming to Smoke Tokz for other smoking needs, so it is sad they are not more accommodating to the people who support them.P.S. I did not use the piece, I only filled it with water and that is when I could tell the top chamber does not hold water ergo the top percolator would not function and where the bowl sits, would overflow with water.***Edit***Manager was able to help us out, told us to come by the shop the next day to exchange the piece with something of equal value. Took this offer up and am happy with the exchange.4 stars b/c while the manager was awesome and caring, the two employees we interacted with face to face did not seem to care about customer service or their product & sales.”

“I came in for the first time and was a great experience, came in second time last night and the lady working helped me out a lot. Only complaint is I bought a mystery bag for 49.99 and some.of the juices are going to expire before I can even use them. A disposable vape was not able to be used because it was leaking in package. I called.and the gentleman who answered the phone said that they won't replace it because of it being in a mystery bag and you get what you get. I'm so beside myself that they won't fix it. Anyway other than that I will return when I need something.”
