We bought a new iPhone and went to this location this morning to assist with the setup. They tried to charge my wife $30 to use their WiFi. How ridiculous is that when we’ve been customers for decades and are just there trying to activate a new device we purchased from Verizon and is on their plan. Whew…

Do NOT go to this store, they are rude and unhelpful. I was trying to give them business but they clearly do not care to get your business and told me goodbye. Worst customer service experience I have encountered.

If you return something back to them, they won't refund your money to you . You have to fight with them. If I have to, I will report them to the BBB.

I was greeted right when I walked in by Cody. He was working with another customer and as soon as he got a free minute with them he helped me with my issue, fixed it and away I went! He is very good at multitasking, was very courteous, and answered all my questions. Great experience!

I have been trying to get into My Verizon App with no success, it's been almost 3 months and I am still trying to get service to fix it. I can't believe this is going on for so long. I have no access to my profile and billing info.Customer Service over the phone has messed it up over 6 times and still it keeps getting worse. The Verizon store in Blue Springs has been trying to help me and they have been running into the same road blocks that I have been running into. I applaud them for trying to help me. They have gone out of their way to help me.

Kept charging me for an inactive service and never told me to when or how to return their box and then charged me for that as well. $326 in debt for an inactive service and it barely even worked when it was active. Charged me 50 a month for spotty service. Never use Verizon ever!
