Poor service, do yourself a favor and order accessories on Amazon for a quarter of the price and call in to Verizon and have them ship you the phone. Apple has done such a great job of making phone data transfers simple that there is no benefit to going to the store.

Traded in Note9 and S7 in August 2023. Just got off the phone with Verizon Customer service and found that this store never gave credit toward upgrade. Verizon Support was great. Would not recommend this store or make sure of all paperwork.

Went by Friday evening to drop off a phone that had been replaced. Guy in the store was a complete jerk and refused to take the phone and just kept saying it had to be returned by UPS. Verizon online support had told me it could be returned either way, after the store interaction, I called Verizon and they too said dropping off in the store would be fine.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I traded in my iPad to get another and they took so long to send it my promotional credits were cancelled and I had to jump through hoops to get my credits. You have to wonder if I hadn’t of complained several times through customer service if they would have done anything at all. I was fortunate to have my receipt. Don’t trade in anything here.

This location Verizon is a corporate store. I gotta say, I was really impressed by the kind service I received from Kaleb, and the rest of the staff at this location. They answered my questions in a way that wasn't confusing, and Kaleb was very friendly, as well as reminding me of the other Verizon benefits that I could take advantage of. If you're not currently satisfied with your current cell provider, you should visit this store to see if they can help.

Phone outage today, but I didn't know it. Chatted with a Verizon rep who evidently did not know there was an outage in the KC area and reset my SIM card causing several problems. Went to the store, and the manager Erik helped me get my phone working again by putting my original stuff on a new SIM card and got me up and running again. Had to give him a hug. He was great and very helpful. All the associates in the store seemed very pleasant and helpful with the customers they were working with. Thank you, Erik!!!!

Zhané spent hours fighting on the phone eith xfinity along side me, but once we finally got it all sorted out she got me the phone I wanted and told me everything I needed to know about Verizon going forward. Everything is working great. Excellent service!

I gave a 3 ? rating because they were polite, but they sent me to the streets when my issue could have been processed in store. Paying off a device using authentic Verizon gift cards should not be this much of a hassle.

Waiting for my contract to be up so I can switch carriers. They were less than honest with us when we bought new phones. The price of my plan isn't going down like they said it would. Can't wait to drop Verizon.
