My PCP and my Pain Management doctors have prescribed several drugs for me to the Walgreens at 7 Hwy at Duncan Road in Blue Springs, Missouri. One of the drugs is an Opioid from the Pain Management doctor. He IS aware of the medications my PCP has prescribed for me, a muscle relaxer and Alprazolam. The Pharmacist (who does not have an MD behind his name) has taken it upon himself to deny filling my pain medication. I AM DISABLED AND NEED THESE MEDICATIONS TO FUNCTION!This Pharacist has "Fired" me from Walgreens. This is the main pharmacy my Insurance company has as primary for the best price under my policy. Now I have to go to another pharmacy, which is secondary under my Insurance. Now I have to pay larger co-pays for my medication. Do not use Walgreens Pharmacy as the Pharacist Thinks he has more knowledge than both of my doctors.

Walgreens definitely needs more help in pharmacy. Visited a few days ago and there were approximately 10 cars in drive thru so I went inside and there were about 7-8 people in line. I left to come back another day but mentioned the number of people outside and inside waiting to the front cashiers. There were 3 employees standing there chatting. Their comments were: yeah they do need help; it’s only my third day; and the older gentleman just walked out the door. The pharmacy ladies are always very friendly. Please get them help! I’m sure it is tough serving cranky, impatient, sick customers all day with limited help.

Waited 30 min in drive through, lady then instructed me to go around the building while she helps somebody else and then she would finish my order. Gave a very weak apology I didn’t even respond to. Horrible service, please shape this place up !! ?

I was there today and had an employee in the pharmacy throw my prescription at me and tell her manager to check me out. When I asked the manager if he was ok with his employees treating customers this way he stated he didn’t see her throw it. Horrible customer service and disappointing.

This pharmacy need staff. They are operating with little or no help and the Technicians turn over their fast. The Pharmacist is great. He is desperate for help to serve us. SERIOUSLY: Walgreens corporate pay your people their worth and stop the madness where the customers suffer from the lack of help, and over working the staff that stay and support their customers during these dire times.

Michelle I believe she is the manager is by far the sweetest and nicest person ever. I had lots of questions and she answered them without even rushing me! She deserves a reward in my opinion for going above and beyond!

The pharmacy technicians are extremely rude, and do not seem to care about there clients. They almost act like you owe them a favor for even talking to them.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Standing here with four people working and nobody helping.

Horrible experience. Needed Tamiflu and when I arrived they told me it would take 20 minutes to get it ready even though my Dr had called in my medicine 30 minutes prior. There were only two people ahead of me in line but it took 30 minutes to give these two people there meds. From start to finish, it took me an hour to pick up my medication from the pharmacy which is longer than it took me to wait in the urgent care, go see me doctor, and get tested for the flu. Very bad experience. Pharmacist was wearing a cut off tank top and was very unprofessional. I will never return.

The pharmacy is literal hell. I hate coming here. Visit before last I was outside ringing the bell for service for half an hour. Couldn't get out of the car as I had a VERY sick baby in the back. Finally got a rude employee to help after calling and asking for a manager if anyone was working the pharmacy. This was around 7PM. Tonight we went inside and after having gotten text alerts that my rx was ready yesterday, now it's now? And my insurance won't pay? But now it is! And it's been a 25 min wait for it to be filled.. again. I hate this place. Taking my prescriptions to Genoa from now on.

The N 7 Hwy Blue Springs MO location is very unreliable. This is the third time I’ve tried to use them to fill a Rx on a holiday due to a medical issue to end up transferring the script to my regular CVS pharmacy the next day so that it will actually get filled. This location makes me hesitant to ever use any Walgreens pharmacies

Unbelievably slow, messaging system doesn't work right. CVS Is so much better. Their window people aren't very friendly on top of the inefficiency.

I’m sitting in line right now, I’m the third car in line. The car at the window currently has been at the window for going on 25 minutes and counting right now. This is absolutely ridiculous. If their prescription isn’t ready you need to have them come back instead of holding up the line this long. This is seriously insane.
