The pharmacy has room for improvement and the place is always dirty, with a parking lot that looks like a fast food drive thru in an inner city, trash and litter everywhere. The trash can was full in the photo and a week later it was the same, suggesting it was never emptied. Customers in Chicago reported no difficulty transferring prescriptions and the service was readily completed. In Blue Springs customers are always notified of refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up. The gentleman administering the COVID booster was kind and caring, putting anxiety and worries at ease. The employee goes above and beyond to make the shopping experience pleasant, caring about customers and working hard to get all savings possible for retired couple.
