I was in the Blue Springs Neighborhood Walmart today (3/24/25 at 2:30 pm) with my family. My kids checked out the groceries at the self checkout and one of the items was alcohol. The lady refused to take mine and my husbands IDs because my underage son rang up the alcohol. And that the alcohol needed to be rung by an adult. Which is a reasonable request, but she canceled our entire grocery order and made us go to the end of the line. That was completely ridiculous and unreasonable.

Stopped in to use the bathroom, and the gap in the door on the stall was so huge I could see everything and vice versa... Great store but I had to be quick with my business.

Be sure to check your bread when purchasing here. Purchased a package of Hawaiian rolls dated best by 10/14 and there was mold on them.

I had a wonderful experience at this Walmart Neighborhood Market! The store was organized well and everything on my grocery list was in stock. Lucas and Dustin were incredibly helpful at checking out and bagging my groceries, then helping me push my carts to the parking lot and unload groceries into my car. They were cheerful and helpful even though I had multiple carts full of groceries.

Walmart sucks. From treating their overwhelmed employees like slaves as they try to run a store with less than 30% of the staff they need, to only having 5-10% of the checkout registers open even during busiest hours of the day....the bottom line is all that matters to them and Mr. Walton would be embarrassed and pissed off to see what has become of his company.
