About Wash House Laundry
Based on customer reviews, Wash House Laundry has mixed feedback. Some visitors found it clean and handy, with a great atmosphere and attentive staff. One guest noted the attendant at 7pm was fantastic, and the place was clean with a clean bathroom. The equipment is described as super, all made in the USA, and everything works perfect. The app for cashless washer/dryer usage is a game changer, allowing users to see what’s going on with machines on a cell phone. However, other reviews mention issues: a few washers needed maintenance due to water on the floor, and the top of washers looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. One guest couldn’t use the restroom because it was locked, and another found $38 for seven smaller loads to wash and dry seemed high.

Second time here and it was wonderful. The attendant working at 7pm on 5/20/26, was great. I mean attentive and fantastic. She deserves a raise. Clean place. Clean bathroom. Great atmosphere.

Was okay I just didn't like that you couldn't use the restroom It was locked. I had my teenage daughter with me and she needed to use the restroom and I really didn't feel comfortable leaving my items unattended to go find somewhere the wee hours of the night to use the bathroom It's like 4:00 a.m. 🤔
