“My (90 y/o) mother's little brother had stroke. I was driving from Springfield to KC to pick up my Mom, to take her to Cape Girardeau to see her brother. I noticed the engine temp was fluctuating in direct proportion to the rpms, but steadily climbing higher. I had just topped all the fluid levels off a week or two before the trip. Professor Google said that Bear & Son was on the outer road, right beside me on the highway. I was able to limp it in to their parking lot. Everyone in the shop was working on vehicles, and it was clear that they had more work stacked up when those were finished, but they cleared a spot in their schedule and worked me in. They did a (VERY) thorough inspection. They found a lot of things that needed to be addressed in the near future - some I knew about, some I didn't. Most importantly, they found the day's major malfunction. Despite how busy they were, they not only identified my problem, but took the time to check everything, and had me back on the road in just a couple hours. And the price was about a third of what I was expecting. I can't recommend Bear & Son enough.”
“I had an appointment late on a Friday afternoon and needed more repairs done in order to complete my alignment. I was scheduled to go out of town to pick up heavy equipment and badly needed the truck. Dirk worked me into his busy Friday afternoon, completed the repairs and alignment allowing me to keep my commitment to pick up my equipment on Saturday morning. Truck has new tires and I would not have been able to use it without Precision Alignment working me in to their schedule. Very grateful to Dirk for being customer oriented and understanding how much he helped me out.”

“We had a tire that threw the tread. Additionally, our spare was in poor condition. A local resident, named Jacob, helped us make it into Bolivar. Parrish tire got us right in and got us fixed up with two new tires and got our spare changed out, without us having to drop our trailer. Very nice people helping us through an emergency.”

“I would definitely bring business here!!! Coming back from an emergency delivery to KC MO I had a blowout. Realizing I had misplaced my tire tool I was basically stranded on the highway. Almost dark and long after closing time the man working there actually stayed and waited to make sure I got the wheel back on.
If he hadn't loaned me the right tool I would have been walking back to Springfield after a long long day.
People like that make the world a better place.”

“I have a 2013 Ford Fusion that started having what I thought was transmission problems or major electrical problem. I called the service department and they told me they could look at it the next morning. I dropped it off the day I called and as soon as we gave them the keys they went out yo start checking on the car. First thing the next morning they had a diagnosis and cost of repair.
After I gave them the ok to fix it it was done before noon! Turned out to be damaged wires, possibly chewed by a mouse.
I'm so happy they were willing to find the cause and not throw part after part into the car costing me a fortune.
I definitely recommend Bill Grant service department!
