“Ron cut out my windshield for my 28 Chevy to my specs and measurements. I tried to install it and it was 1/16 inch off. When I called to get another appointment he set me up the same day. He worked 1 1/2 hours, used some supplies and equipment to get it right. He was friendly and did not quit until I was satisfied with his work. He was meticulous and methodical in getting it right. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any glass work you might need.”

“I had an appointment late on a Friday afternoon and needed more repairs done in order to complete my alignment. I was scheduled to go out of town to pick up heavy equipment and badly needed the truck. Dirk worked me into his busy Friday afternoon, completed the repairs and alignment allowing me to keep my commitment to pick up my equipment on Saturday morning. Truck has new tires and I would not have been able to use it without Precision Alignment working me in to their schedule. Very grateful to Dirk for being customer oriented and understanding how much he helped me out.”

“I had set an appointment for four wheel alignment, however my problem was beyond their capabilities. Nothing against them, my truck is just requiring more than a simple alignment. Robert was more than helpful in having me go to the shop to see what he believed needed to be done and headed me in the correct direction to someone who could fix my truck. I did get a tire repaired that had a slow leak though while I was there. The guy at the front counter (not sure of his name) was not very friendly, and it wasn't the owner, Dwight, I know him well.”

“Alternator bit the dust the day before Thanksgiving. I called on that Friday, knowing I wouldn't hear back until Monday. They called almost as soon as they opened on Monday and I was able to bring my car in that day. Received my car on Wednesday with no issues. Everyone was super friendly and professional and I'm super appreciative for them getting my car in and done as fast as they did. And the pricing was about what I had estimated before I even called so I would highly recommend this place and would consider coming back for any other issues.”

When Progressive failed to get a tow company within 30 minutes, the owner hooked me up with a driver and was able to to leave my car at the shop and get the parts and install them the next day. Was very convenient that I could also rent a U-Haul Cargo Van from them too so I could get to a hotel to stay for the night. I would highly recommended A&J especially for travellers.”
