“Bent a control arm on the way back from a ski trip on a Sunday. When Progressive failed to get a tow company within 30 minutes, the owner hooked me up with a driver and was able to to leave my car at the shop and get the parts and install them the next day. Was very convenient that I could also rent a U-Haul Cargo Van from them too so I could get to a hotel to stay for the night. I would highly recommended A&J especially for travellers.”

“We used Affordable Towing due to their affiliation with the State Farm Roadside Emergency service. We received AMAZING customer service from the tow driver, Mr. Dan Kay. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than the estimated arrival time given by the Roadside Emergency service representative, and he went out of his way to make sure that my daughter was safe. She was involved in an accident with a large animal in the road at a location about four hours from our home. She was stranded on the side of the road, and after Mr. Kay loaded her car onto the flatbed, he went the extra mile (and then some) to transport her to a safe, well lit location while she waited on her ride home. Prior to loading her car, he evaluated the extent of the damage and took extra time to share that information with us so we'd have a better idea about how to proceed. As a dad, I REALLY appreciated having the professionals at Affordable Towing, and specifically Mr. Kay, taking care of the situation. Mr. Kay is a caring, professional driver who was more than willing to take time out of his night to be a comforting and reassuring presence for my daughter - you don't often hear of or get the PHENOMENAL customer care and service we received. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend any Affordable Towing more highly - these folks are absolutely the best!”
