“I had luxury vinyl plank flooring put in during the transition from Ross to Dugan’s. I recently had a problem with a few of the planks coming loose. I was told the installation was past the one year warranty but Dugan’s said they would cover the repairs anyway. They did it in a timely manner. The installing crew (3 installers) who came out did a great job. No complaints about this company from me.”
