“The staff at the Bolivar Missouri store is very helpful. The delivery man was on time and sufficiently set up our new washer and dryer. I set up automatic payments and receive a message confirming payment was made. Definitely will be returning in the near future for a new living room set, then more than likely a new bedroom set. Haven't had any issues with the washer and dryer yet, but we're confident that they're warranty repair services are top notch. 5 star rating, for sure ?”

“After MONTHS of having an issue that our business T-mobile rep kept passing off, I took the chance and contacted this store. Spoke to Amelia, I forwarded her all communications, and within 2 hours, not only did she have an answer for me, but knew the exact date this was resolved.
I am not from that area, I am not her customer, but she took it upon herself to help me and rectify what the incompetent business rep, could not and would not do.
Highly recommend her. If she doesn't know the answers, I promise she will find out for you and get back to you promptly.”
