Hayden and Angel were able to take great care of us when we were in a less than favorable experience. Hayden went out of his way to get a vehicle that could accommodate our large family and did it in an extremely timely manner. Angel was very helpful at drop off and was able to quickly help with changing my payment method. We would love to use this location again soon!

Horrible experience!!! We are dealing with the rental through insurance and our insurance company has been great. However this enterprise office does not seem to get the concept of billing insurance. Our Insurance Company has called them numerous times and enterprise will say it's going to be okay and they will fix the charges and then the next minute turn around and tell us we the customer are responsible for everything and will have to go to our insurance for reimbursement. On the 1st day of rental they charged our card over $500 which is incorrect they should have charged it only $58. They also refuse to answer the phone now. My Insurance Company with me on the line has tried over 45 minutes to reach them and get this rectified and they will not answer the phone. This is becoming a nightmare experience do not ever use enterprise rental car in Bolivar Missouri they are horrid! Also they will claim to have a car available for you and they don't. They were supposed to switch our cars out today and they wasted my husband's time and didn't have anything available and acted like they didn't know what he was talking about even though it was enterprise that called us to switch the car out! And on the 1st day we rented the car the guy showed up to work late and didn't have a clean car available and my husband had to wait for him to clean a car and was late to work. Terrible customer service!!! By the way they leave their voice-mail full so you can't even leave a message.

Nice people, hours are short for rental, but rates are reasonable.

Well, like something out of Sienfeld they took the reservation and then didn't have a car when I showed up. As for help rectifying that situation I got a helpful nothing.

They denied 3 cards with plenty of money in the bank and tried to blame us not the system even whe he said they were having problems with their system

I reserved a car here through the website. In the morning when I showed up to get the car I was informed they didn't have a car for me. I had a reservation, nit sure they know what reserving means. I asked could I pick it up in another location and they didn't know. I called the help nber to see and made another reservation, they confirmed they don't know what reserving means when I showed up and they didn't have a car for me.
