I had originally booked moving assistance through U-Haul and was told the day before that the movers would be at my house by 10 AM. The day of the move, they continued pushing the arrival time back several times, only to call me around 3 PM and tell me that they didn’t even service my area. I was left completely stranded with my entire house still needing to be loaded.
That’s when I reached out to B & K Moving, and the owner went above and beyond to help me. He had already sent his crew home for the day, but instead of turning me away, he came out himself to help me move!
With his help, my entire house loaded in less than two hours. I honestly cannot thank them enough for stepping up when I was in a really stressful situation. Moving is already overwhelming, and being left without help at the last minute was incredibly frustrating. B & K Moving turned a stressful situation around and made it possible for us to get everything done.
The owner’s willingness to personally come out after hours and help a customer in need says a lot about the kind of company this is. They were lifesavers, professional, incredibly efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me.
