“Gus is our family's 12 year 9 month old English Bulldog. We brought him into our home Oct 2009 at 6 months old. I cannot say how important it was, that we purchased our English Bulldog after extensive breeder research and knowing all there is to know about this breed. Having had several other breeds of dogs in our home in the past, it was a first for an English Bulldog.Country Bulls with Pam and Dean, know the breed inside and out. They show them, raise them, and can answer all questions. All the years we have had Gus, they have answered any questions we had regarding health, diet, mannerisms, or injury. Hence, Gus is approaching 13 years old in good health. I believe that this is due in part from following advice from them. More importantly, buying from a reputable breeder! Health with any dog varies, but buying from a puppy mill or someone selling a dog with serious health issues will cost so much more in money and grief down the road. Would I recommend talking to them extensively before buying an English Bulldog, YES. Then, buy from them when youre ready. See pics attached of our old man Gus!”
“We adopted our fur baby from Petsmart through Polk County. Before taking her home we were told she was very shy, didnt like to play, kept to herself, cuddles, holding, nope. Shes 2 years old and myself and my boys felt something when we saw her. Shes home now, and a completely different girl! Loves cuddles, playing, very soical. Has to be around me or my boys, will not sleep in her new cat tree, has to be cuddled next to us❤️Adoption process wasn't difficult, but makes sure not just anyone can take a fur baby.
We love her so much already? she was very well taken care of before adoption, shots, vaccines, clean, etc.”
