Priority Propane is absolutely amazing! When I ran out of propane while waiting on my regular supplier they showed up just a couple hours after calling. They went above and beyond to get my house warm again. I will definitely be switching to them for all my propane needs. Highly recommend.

Priority Propane takes care of our propane needs all year round. We have a unique set up, which scared other local propane companies, but Priority Propane has taken care of us for two years now. We are completely off grid and have no access to power in any way. Our power is completely wind and solar. Because of this, there are times when we have had several cloudy days in a row, and need to run our back up generator. On those days, we run our propane powered back up generator to get us through. Our generator is connected to a 500 gallon propane tank, and runs as long as we need to ensure we have power when our power system is low. We also have a long wi dy and hilly driveway, which is no problem for them either. We are thankful for Priority Propane and everyone there.

I own my own tank but added a huge propane furnace to my shop and needed another tank. I couldn't find anyone to sell me one but Priority Propane told me they would match propane prices since I would own one of my tanks so I leased a tank from them. They NEVER ONCE matched prices after, they simply said they wouldn't do it after the tank was set. One day I came home and found an unmarked vehicle in my driveway (my property is posted) and two guys walked out from behind my house. I asked them who they were and what they were doing on my property. The big slow guy told me that as long as I leased my propane tank they could come on my property anytime without permission, still not identifying himself. I asked him if he wasn't afraid of getting shot. He bowed up and asked me if I was threatening him, I told him that I would be very concerned about getting shot if I were going anywhere I wanted, any time I wanted, on private property. Finally, this year, they decided to start charging sales tax on the tank rental, I called them and pointed out that they were taxing a service rather than a tangible product and the always rude receptionist told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I deal with sales taxes everyday in my business and tank rent is not a tangible good so I set out to get rid of these people. I paid whatever it took to buy a tank and as soon as it was set I called these people to pump my 200 gallons into my tank and take their tank back. I had to call three times and they finally showed up unannounced, drove through my yard without discussing my septic system placement and I caught them loading their tank and my 200 gallons of propane. I asked the big slow guy if they'd already pumpedy propane over and they told me I would receive a check for my gas. I called about two weeks later and was informed that they wouldn't be paying me anything. They said there were various fees and they claimed my 200 gallons of propane were worth way less than $200. I expected to pay a service call but not that much. Whatever, they won't be on my property ever again. I still haven't received a receipt for our FINAL transaction either.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Anytime I've had questions about anything to do with my ventless gas fireplaces and location of the lines that supply them , or questions about my propane tank , their answers just reinforced the fact that I'm dealing with the right company for my propane needs. Lee has went above and beyond for me in providing great customer service. Even though I'm not a big account that purchases a large amount of propane yearly, they always make me feel as if I am they're biggest customer! I definitely recommend Priority for all your propane needs.

Extremely disappointed! Simple business model: “To take advantage of anyone who is naive enough to come for propane.” Unbelievably dishonest! Went there to top off two 15lb propane tanks so I would not run out during an upcoming party and I assumed I would be charged per pound like any other business, however, I ended up paying for a “complete fill” per tank! Apparently deceitfulness is standard operating procedure. These tanks were far from empty and we’re on his line for less than 30 seconds. Do yourself a favor and go exchange the tank elsewhere, this is a small business I would advise against supporting.

From the very beginning everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband had purchased a stove from another company that he paid more to have a remote control operation on it. When we went to hook it up the remote did not work. Priority Propane did not hesitate to help us get the stove working even when it was not their product. They came out of their way two different times to help us at no cost. When they figured out what was wrong they told us what part to order and it worked! Will never use them called them to get gas and they refused to bring it to me after the lady in office said they could have it there that afternoon noon, the driver called me and said no because I had never bought from them before and I had already told the lady I would pay for it on the phones
