The slowest service worst I have had anywhere besides Cox South ER! Then double charged me for a car charger. Also sold me a 6' white cable I didn't need and I wanted a black charger. If it wasn't for me having a dead phone and having calls to make. I would have waited and went somewhere else. I will never go here again. They also kept trying to sell me a watch for 300+ with 150 off that I didn't want, ask for or need. They should have given me the charger and watch for taking 2 hours to hours to sell me a charger that should have taken 10 minutes top. I would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with this location. My husband goes in and tells them what’s going on with his phone and needing and new SIM card. He buys a new card and is told he needs a new phone. Then is told it will take 4hrs for the SIM card to be activated which made no sense to me! He was then sent away with the issue not fixed! He came home and I called the store and she told me the same thing. I asked her why it would take so long for a SIM card to be activated. She told me he probably needs a new phone. This phone he has isn’t even a year old! I said it’s the SIM card not the phone. She proceeded to tell me obviously the phone doesn’t work…… and then continued to argue with me. I hung up with her and call Verizon directly and what do you know…. They had my husbands SIM card activated in 10 min. Moral of my complaint tonight is just because something is wrong with a phone doesn’t mean it’s broken and we need a new one…. Not every one has money they can just fork into new phones when something fixable happens! As well as if you don’t want to help the customers coming into the store than don’t work there, and or be knowledgeable on your job! I’ve never worked for a cell provider and I can promise you it doesn’t take 4 hours or even up to 4 hrs for a SIM card to activate!

Nice store and nice staff. Don’t be in a hurry. Spent almost 5 hours trying to buy phone and paid for it all and still don’t work. Technical abilities would rate at a 2. Staff and employees were helpful to best of there knowledge!! Would not recommend.

NO REFUND, NO BUSINESS !! Verizon said any store could help me by giving me a sim card since mine was damaged .... free of charge. I arrive at this Verizon Russell Cellular in Bolivar and after an hour (and many calls for help) the associate grabbed a 5g sim card and couldn't get it to work in my 4g phone. She said since they aren't an actual Verizon store I would have to pay for it anyway. After my phone completely stopped working with the 'new sim card' while standing in the store she explained it was probably the wrong sim card and I"d have to go to another store that was an actual Verizon store since she didn't know where to even find a card that would work. I said fine, just give me the credit on the one I paid for 2 minutes ago that doesn't work............. NOPE. I WAS TOLD NO REFUND ON SIM CARD EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T WORK AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I NEEDED. PLEASE EXPLAIN ?? GUESS WHAT, I WAS ALSO SHOPPING FOR A NEW PHONE AND GUESS WHO WON'T GET THAT SALE. 2 stars only because the associate is new and training and she also was surprised how it was handled.

Only rating this 3 stars because of the manager whereas Wyatt, a sales associate, deserves 5. Here’s why:My mother came in to fix an account issue, and we were immediately greeted by a rude manager. The manager was short with my mother, and saying things such as my mother didn’t have an account with their retailer (when Wyatt was kind enough to check, and turns out she did have one). She even had the gall to proclaim that the Verizon customer service lied on our phone call about a certain procedure, but in the end it was actually the correct way of doing things. Wyatt was patient at hearing our issue with my mother’s account, and when it turned out we had to go to a corporate store, he got the information we needed and sent us on our way. I work in customer service, and I can understand having rough days. Though, there was no excuse to being greeted that rudely at the door before we even stated our problem and assuming we didn’t have an account at that retailer. Great job, Wyatt! We appreciate you!

Russell Cellular in Bolivar what great asset you have for a man like wyatt to be working for you all went above and beyond we came in late closing time he was more than willing to stay and help got my phone working he is the man because of Wyatt I would highly recommend this store to anybody that was needing phone service ?

Called in to purchase a tablet was quoted $250 on the phone. drove an hour to go to the store to purchase tablet then they change the price to 330 and it wasn't even new! absolute Joke. They Made no attempt to make this right. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel.

William was phenomenal! He answered every question and helped us pick out the perfect phone with as much storage as I wanted which was a big selling point for me. He went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be back for our next phone purchase because of him. Thank you William!
