“I love Napa so much! The employees all care so much about their customers and their fellow co-workers at Ace! When I came in for new windshield wipers, they were having a deal. Buy one get one free. Marvin made me aware of this and helped me with my carbon filter. Randy installed my windshield wipers for me and he was so professional! I look forward to seeing Jennifer the most tho. She is so well educated in the automotive field and her personality is the cherry on top. The management must really know what they are doing to have such a well run store. 10/10”
“My alternator went out on a recent family vacation hundreds of miles from home. Luckily I was able to limp my truck to O'Reilly. They didn't have the part in stock but were able to order it for me and it was at the store in an hour. The manager let me do the work right in the parking lot and provided tools to do the job. Although it was not good timing to break down it worked out very well. The breakdown only cost me 3 hours and a lot less money than having a mechanic do it!”
“Wow! I was in a situation today traveling with my fiancé who plays para sports for team USA and these guys stepped up to the plate and got us back on the the road quickly! Our wheelchair ramp van had a door issue on our way to Omaha from Nashville and the ramp door would not close completely or open completely so no wheelchair ramp. They took us right in and got the door back on the track and raised the floor with a floor jack that according to the manufacturer will probably take care of the problem. Great caring people!
