This Love's is incredibly clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and I'll definitely be stopping at Love's on my road trips from now on.

BATHROOM WAS AWFUL, and big pile of trash behind store. No greeting from the workers. Pee all over the urinals-floor I also have pictures, but don’t know how to put them on here so if there is a way, please let me know

We stopped here overnight with our travel trailer on August 2 on our way to Texas. We found everything nicely maintained. We stopped again today on August 18 on our way home to Indiana just for fuel. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The trash cans at the pumps were overflowing and the urinal partitions were filthy. Sinks had also not been wiped down for a while. This is not consistent with what I saw at other Loves traveling over 2,000 miles over the last two weeks.

Can someone please explain to me why the Hardee’s at the Boonville loves location early morning is always closed. It never fails every time I go up there. They’re always closed for maintenance but it’s weird. You drive 108 miles North east to New London and the loves up there. The Hardee’s is always open. This place is so frustrating.

Just a heads up. Be very careful if you pull off of I-70 east bound to get gas. Especially in a Large RV! We mistakenly turned onto the frontage road, thinking it was the gas station entrance. Nope. Frontage road w no place to turn around a 37ft RV w a 12ft trailer. Eventually the road turns to gravel. We ended up doing abt $3,000. dollars damage to our RV, and trailer bc our trailer jackknifed trying to get out of there. On our way out there were 2 more rv's headed down the same road! Be very careful. There is a large yellow/black arrow and it looks like it could be the entrance.

A lot of the pumps straight up did not work. The
workers at the front were soooo slow. People had to go inside to pay because the pumps didn't work, and the workers were so slow it took us half an hour for two people to use the bathroom and get gas.

I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience at this location, and I feel it’s important for corporate to be aware of what’s going on here.
One of my trailer tires blew out, and I had a spare with me. I checked into the shop expecting to get it replaced like I’ve done at other Love’s locations. After waiting, I was finally called into the bay — but that’s when things got strange.
The technician, Jeff, kept telling me I should call American Truck Repair in Columbia, MO instead of getting it changed at Love’s. I was already annoyed and told him, “What are you talking about? This shouldn’t be that hard. My load is not that heavy.” But he and another worker insisted their equipment “can’t lift my trailer.” That didn’t sit right with me.
As someone with mechanical experience, I knew they weren’t being honest. I even offered to use my own 22-ton jack to get the job done. Jeff refused and said, “We can only use our own equipment.” I get that policies exist, but at that point, it felt like they were making excuses and pushing me toward a third-party shop — again raising concerns that this might be intentional business diversion.
When I challenged Jeff and told him I wasn’t dumb — that I know this isn’t right — he admitted he “didn’t want to take the risk” because he once lost a finger. I told him this seemed like a personal issue and maybe this job isn’t for him. That’s when things escalated — he became very aggressive, walked up to my face, and looked like he was about to punch me. I had to tell him to chill and back off.
This is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had a Love’s employee act this way before. I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint. Employees should not be scaring off customers, promoting other businesses, or getting aggressive with drivers. This location seriously needs to be investigated.
