“Picked up parts had to order when parts came in was called several times didn't have service they were going to keep calling till I answered or in my case went and picked up the parts. Parts said he was going to keep calling till I was personally notified my parts were ready for pickup.”

“2 years ago we were stranded on a Sunday morning at Crackerbarrel with little battery power, so the slide on our travel trailer would not retract. I wandered to the gas/store next to us and the sweet young lady there called her Uncle who happened to be working--running this AAS business. They sent a relative or friend who was there with him to pick me up and we were able to buy 2 batteries at a great price and drove us back. He could have charged us anything in that situation. I've told this story many times, but failed to publicly thank them. Wonderful people. Making this world a better place.”
“Very knowledgeable. Great Customer Service. I went in searching for a belt for my mower, and he immediately knew It was for a John Deere mower. He measured the belt, and 2 days later I had the right belt for a very reasonable price.
This place isn't like Auto Zone, the parts are of premium quality, and the people know their stuff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely worth the 25 mile drive from Cuba to Sullivan !!”

“Had a very nice gentleman service my car and he was the nicest one in a long time. Had an appointment for 2 new tires to put on car but he informed me the other 2 were dry rotting and probably good idea to get all done if possible. I also needed and oil change and thought we'd have to wait for tires first then wait a couple hours before oil change. Nope he did oil change first and got done just as my appointment time was scheduled for tires. Very happy with service 😀”

“Just getting back into camping so we bought a used camper from an individual. Got it home and had no ac or hot water. Took it to Bourbon RV to get it fixed. And they fixed it alright there was nothing wrong with the camper it was the operators!!! They called right away to let us know, needless to say we were relieved!!! From there on out they offered to show us the operating features and kept saying if you have any questions call and we will do what we can to help. They have held up to their promises made to call if we have any questions on several occasions. When we decide to upgrade it will definitely be here at Bourbon RV. Shawn is such an asset and so good at explaining the operating system of campers and all things from the truck hitch to the sewer hose bumper. Thanks to them we had a successful first camping weekend and are looking forward to many more❤”
