I had called for information on a hot water heater. I got there as they were leaving for the day. They came back & were happy to help me & haul it out for me , putting it in my truck.

Doing a flooring project, Lowe's did not have everything needed, so made a visit to this local store in the next town over. Was SO pleased with not only prices, but customer service was phenomenal!!
