I’ve been happy there till this year. My annual visit turned into ‘you need cataract surgery’. I met with Dr Lee here and felt very rushed and pressured to pay a higher amount not covered by insurance. Anyway after getting hit with a bill I didn’t expect from this office and another from Dr Lees office I cancelled the two procedures. Afraid of what my office follow-up visits would cost!! Wish the costs were explained. Cataracts is considered a medical condition not an eye condition therefore insurance didn’t cover my routine visit and I’m diabetic and wasn’t offered that scan

I have enough eye problems for the entire town of Bowling Green by myself. Advanced Eye Care has been where I have bought contacts and had my checkups annually for probably close to 10 years now and I'm still happy with them.
Everyone is always nice and respectful, they also have worked with me on several occasions so I appreciate that.
I forgot who my actual doctor is but she's always really thorough and answers my questions. We got my prescription wrong one year out of 10. I'm satisfied with that.
I never vocalized how off things looked and chalked it up to the difference in glasses and contacts, so the only mistake I've ever had was primarily my own fault.
It blows my mine they're only rated 3.3 stars.

Had a great and friendly visit. The doctor and all the staff very helpful. Will continue to go here for myeye care and glasses.

T his place is not responsible at all they knew we were coming a day before my daughter appointment for contacts because I even called we get up there the next day day of appointment they didn't even order her contacts and want to charge 100$ just to see if she knows how to put them in I was so mad I called Hannibal International eye care for appointment on contacts a 5 or 10$ co pay and then you can choose to get contacts threw them! I switched both my kids to International eye care that day! So basically at advanced eye care your paying 100$ just for a eye prescription! Crazy!

Great place to get glasses and or contacts, Lori is my favorite. She take the time and effort to actually find the frames you’re interested in. Fast and affordable services. Easy to schedule a last minute appointment

Bought a pair of glasses that i could not see out of. The staff told me that i would get used to them. A year later i still am not used to them. I ordered a pair from an online site and they are better than the glasses i paid 5 times more for from the eye DR. The only positive was Dr. Mudd.

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They treated us with disrespect, lied to my mother about us behind our backs, and violated privacy rules of their patient. Then when confronted about it Dr. Harvey did nothing to make it right and suggested we go elsewhere. I will be doing exactly that, where the patient is the priority.

I have always had a good experience with them until recently. I called their bluff on their pricing. Now the office help has become very unsympathetic and has refused service to my brother, who is stroke disabled. I believe that it was because of that, that they did it.

I have gone here for several years. They did the post op for my cataract surgerys. During that time I saw all three doctors. I have been pleased with my experiences.
