Long story short I was traveling back home and my phone was acting up on me and not only did they help me purchase a new phone but they were able to get service to me very quickly and they all within the store James and devonte and the manager Owen went above and beyond. They were able to help me out with my car by referring me to people that were able to save me a lot of money because my car broke down when I stopped to get fuel and they were able to save me cost on towing and other things involving my hotel night's day and my fuel cost. They are three of the best workers and not to mention they enjoy what they do and they are awesome all the way around. They did a very good job as far as customer service goes they were very attemptive to all my needs they answered every question that I had and I feel 100% comfortable referring them to anyone. After having Direct TV corporate service people fail to show up for my 4 hour appointment window and a be a no show I was pretty frustrated. While waiting for the “no shows” I heard this company advertise on the radio. I immediately called this local Direct TV dealer in Bowling Green. Matt came out on the day we scheduled our service and was on time, was courteous and fixed our Satelite signal problem immediately. I highly recommend this company !”
