Have never walked in this place where they were not willing to help. Most times I just hand them my phone and they just take over. From sending affidavits to attorneys Or sending packages through POSH always.happy to assist no matter how busy. Not being involved in any IT at work just pleasure. I finally figured how to send my package info to them. Have yet run into a rude employee there. My go to place.

I really just got charged $2+ for them to print a UPS shipping label. That was a first. Maybe it depends on who is working.

2 packages delivered to wrong address 8/18/18. Correctly addressed. My house marked clearly 2 places. Met driver and told him who and where I am. Found the package through Facebook.

This is about the UPS store on Campbell lane, BG, KY, 42104. If negative stars were a valid choice, I would give them -5. Out of 5 reviews on here, 4 are 1 stars. One is a 5 star, probably the owner or an employee. Amazon said to take my return to the UPS store for packaging and return. I did. They refused to give me a receipt for about 125 dollars of merchandise. They insisted Amazon would send a confirmation email for the items. I got one email - for the $10 item. Amazon said they have never received the $115 dollar item. I called the UPS store to find out what is going on. (They don't answer their phone.) I got a recording saying They would call back PROMPTLY. Three hours later still NO CALL BACK! I called again and left another message. It is now the end of the day and another 6 1/2 hours without a callback. I can only wonder who has the return item but I have my suspicions because it was a nice electronic item. The other question is will I get a refund or an excuse. NEVER take anything to this store without demanding a receipt! Better yet don't do business with them at all.

Dismal Customer Service - I had called ahead to see if I could get car keys overnighted (accidently left cross country with them in my purse and left family member & car stranded at a hotel). The UPS Store Employee on the phone said as long as I got there before the truck left for the day. I pulled up after driving all day and was relieved to see the UPS truck still there. Ran in and said I was the one that called and the young man behind the counter says 'Oh he just finished.' I said can't he wait two minutes so I can pay and get these keys shipped overnight & on the truck? He replies, "No he is done - can't wait." The driver was still in the building not even in his truck and he walked out the door. I could have cried. Instead, I got to drive back all night to return the keys. I would give zero stars if I could.

Should t be closed on a Sunday! We drove all the way from Cave City. Good thing the one on Scottsville Rd is open!
