I bring deposits to your drive thru for someone else and must say I'm disappointed in the lack of common courtesy. As a former bank teller, I would never not say hello or thank you. This has happened on many occasions and the wait is crazy.Hopefully, you can resolve this issue.Maybe retraining some of your employees on showing a little respect would be beneficial.

I had such great service today! The gentleman that helped me took care of every thing I came in for today, an excellent place to keep up with my finances! I'd recommend this bank to everyone!

I called today to confirm the status of my business bank account. After being introduced by my name giving the EIN and confirming my address, I was still asked to confirm my name. Then I was told my account was closed and charged off. Was told I needed to pay more money to have it reopen. Why when if they’re charging it off do I need to re-pay? I smell fraud!

Went through drive thru to cash one of their checks told me that they would not cash in the drive thru... Had to go inside the lobby to do that and it's closed on Saturday so... Don't even honor your own checks!!

Slow service, made me wait around 20 min. for a simple notary on a document. This location places no value on your time. Then they only notorize if you have an account with them. They made me waste my time to tell me they can't provide a service.Could of at least told me up front when you told me to take a seat. Garbage service.

My wife was just there to open an account. She spoke with a teller and was asked to wait. While waiting, Two other groups of people came in. Both groups of people got service for their business while she waited. Forty five minutes after arriving, she spoke with the teller again. She offered no help. She left to open the account elsewhere.

Worst bank ever. Will go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. Branch staff is incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Best bank Ive ever had.Friendly tellers and they don't treat me like a criminal, like some other big banks.Would give 5 stars but it is still a bank...4 stars is as good as it gets for a modern day bank.

How can you not keep your lobby open for NON Arvest customers into at least 5 but they can't help you because your not an Arvest acct holder. I think if I were a bank who now says you can't cash a check thru drive thru anymore I would at least keep the lobby open until 5 not at 4 in the evening when people are getting off there job. Now have to go all the way to Branson. I feel like this is a way to say well we don't wnat your business unless you have an acct. Just frustrating to close a lobby when you see at least 8 cars there at 410. This is why I don't bank with these people.

Sat says open yet came here and just got stared at while doors were locked at 9:30 online says Open Drive through closed....... BS
