The room we stayed in wasn't super clean, there was dust, carpet stains, and the tub had hair in it, we bought Clorox wipes do disinfect the bathroom. The sheets did seem pretty clean and the fridge and microwave were clean as well. The pool was bigger than expected, although you can literally smell it as soon as you walk in and my boys got a rash after swimming.... I'm assuming too many chemicals. They have a game room although I don't recommend that either as the games ate at LEAST 5$ worth of our quarters without letting the kids play. And then there's breakfast here which others have mentioned.... When we booked our stay the website clearly said breakfast was included.... It is not.... The kids were free but it was $30 for two adults and it was gross... they were out of pancakes which was really the only thing the kids were exited about and they didn't make more, (we got there at 8:30 and breakfast ends at 10) they had some sausage patties, 2 different kinds of gross breakfast casserole, dry eggs, dry "omelets" dry potatoes, you get my point it was literally bad. They did have a cereal station.... But it was out of milk. I made a comment when we were in line waiting to pay about how I thought it was supposed to be included, and the lady in front of me turned around and said "yeah that's what it said when we booked too".... The guy at the register goes "yeah I think they took that off the website, if not they really need to" We stayed here because it had an indoor pool and is super close to silver dollar city but next time we will probably stay somewhere else even if we have to drive a bit.

Had a lot of family in Branson. They let us rent out a banquet room for us to gather, and took a discount off the banquet room rental for reach guestroom booked. Restaurant had very good food.

This hotel is descent, but it has air/heater units. The room did not get warm and the weather was 20 degree outside, the manager brought us a small heater which put out more heat then the unit. The floors in the bathroom was so cold we had to wear shoes to go bathroom, we did not take our coats off till we got in bed and under cover and extra covers. I believe a homeless shelter would have been warmer. When we brought this to the manager attention he said sorry have a good day. We had to put pillows and sheets against the door to stop drafts coming in under the door.

Paid for 2 nights only stayed 1, the suite looked nothing like the pictures. The lock on the door was broke which made you feel uncomfortable a long with people running through the hallways all night long you could hear everything the walls were paper thin along with dogs barking all day and night room wasn’t very clean when we got there the only good thing about this place was the location 10/10 would not recommend and will never go back lost $200 because we left after one night and really didn’t care it was worth leaving early, lady at the front seat when I checked out was rude and didn’t seem to care about anything save your money and go somewhere better. There is a pool and small hot tub but can’t even use them because there way to many people packed in there.

Location is great as it’s close to SDC and the Branson Strip. However, the room smelled awful. There is an overpowering mildew smell. I happened to look up in our bathroom and noticed there was mold on the ceiling. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on around you. There were people running up and down the hallways constantly which did not make me feel comfortable at all. The lobby seemed updated but the rooms weren’t all that great. Would definitely save your money and pick something nicer and worth your money.

A hidden gem. The rooms were a bit dated but very spacious. The bed was fantastic! Although there was space for it, an actual kitchenette with at least 2 burners would have been a great addition. The mini fridge wasn't very cold but kept our food cool enough. The game room was fun, but another pool table would have been nice as it was the most popular game. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. Keurigs were in the breakfast room and lobby but the rooms used coffeemakers that used a one piece tray. The only elevator is all the way at the back, but the stairs are well spaced and had multi-level landings. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.Nearby activities: Extremely close to Silver Dollar City

It is very close to silver dollar city which allows us to spend less time in travel. My sons only complaint is the pancakes are not better.

I am a rewards member and have stayed here for over 20 years. This last stay wasn't as pleasant as the years prior. The breakfast wasn't edible and made me sick to my stomach. People were eating chicken in the pool area. Went out around 11:30 p.m. to smoke a cigarette and two people were in the pool after hours and it looked like they were having sex. My wife and I have never smoked in any of the rooms during our 20 years of staying here. Housekeeping has never walked in on us before checkout until this last stay. On Monday after our stay, I checked my account to see where the hotel had taken 250.00 from my account. I called the hotel back to ask why, and was told our room smelled like smoke and whomever answered had an attitude. If you smoke please do not leave a empty pack of cigarettes in the trash and don't smoke outside your room because housekeeping will inform the front desk that you was smoking in the room and you will be charged 250.00. If you call to speak to the GM you will be told he will call you in 2or 3 days. So far he hasn't responded.
