We bought the 5ft table with chairs and absolutely love them. We have a custom deck and this set is perfect. We also got the two chairs with the pub table. I can sit in that for hours and watch the wildlife. So comfortable.

Sissy is wonderful. She lets you roam the store without hounding you. Tons of outdoor furniture!! Beautiful furniture inside. If you’re not ready to buy furniture then come in to see the plaques and wooden signs MADE IN AMERICA!

This place is amazing! Several rooms of gorgeous handmade rustic furniture! We were greeted by very friendly people when we walked into the shop. High quality hand crafted pieces throughout the entire store. The courteous staff answered any and all questions we had about the beautiful furniture! I appreciate anything handmade, and I’d come back to this store in a heartbeat. A wonderful experience!!

I purchased a white pine king bed from this store on June 24. They have no one to deliver the furniture you purchase. Apparently they have 3 stores; one in Missouri, one in Oklahoma, and one in Tennessee. They have one delivery driver for all three states. I found this out after the fact! It's truly been a nightmare dealing with these people! When they did deliver the bed, one of the side rails was bent. The driver had to go back to the store to get another one. Two hours later, he comes back with cedar side boards for my bed. He said he would put cedar on until they could find the white pine that matched my bed. So he went to put the cedar rails on, and one of them was bent. So he ended up putting one pine and one cedar on my bed and said when they get the others in or they find others, he will bring them back and take these two off and put the new ones on. It's been three weeks and I still don't have them. When I talked with the owner on more than one occasion about compensating me, customer service and trying to make this right he hung up on me. Eventually, someone did call back and say they would refund me $100. I will never buy anything from the store again and I would not recommend anyone else shop there either. They have absolutely no idea what customer service is.

n my opinion I would find the furniture or similar furniture someplace else. The older lady that works there does not speak well of the "younger employees". When we wanted the credit for the sale going to the salesperson that originally helped us she stated it did not make a difference and the employee we wanted the sale to go to was describes as "she has her days" when we were being complimentary about her. This person that wrote the purchase up was not only not honest with us on other things, she did not give any remote idea of customer service. She was rude, unhelpful and would not look at us in our eye. She wouldn't even get up out of her chair talking to us. The furniture is good but buy someplace else. Our purchase was over $2100 and didn't take her more than 5 minutes. She would not return phone calls which forced us to go to the store personally to get a hold of anyone. The finally item of our purchase was in 7 weeks after the date we were told it would be in. She even admitted when our table came in that "I sold the table to another couple as they were so nice" ??

I went into this store looking for several hickory pieces, including a king bed. There were several people milling around the store. The woman in the office came into the room where I and others were and announced, anybody needed anything? When I asked about the height of the headboard? Her response, "I have no clue." Not, "let me get a tape measure and see." Then she said, "it's not as high as the bed I have in my home." What a bizarre comment to make. I then observed her being very rude to another customer, so I left and went home. I found the same pieces online with free shipping for less. I would have been happy to have brought locally and had it delivered for more, since we had previously brought several hickory pieces in this store a few years ago. I had been told they had changed management, but still wanted to give them a try. The couple they had before were excellent. I'm totally through with both Branson rustic furniture stores, and will not waste my time and buy online from now on.
