“Very nice staff. Ordered new tires and wheels but before installing was putting a leveling kit and new shocks underneath. They was good enough to go ahead and order early to make sure they was there on time, said may take up to 5 days and they actually showed up next day. They sit there over 2 weeks not a problem with them. Took it in right after I had the work done and in no time they had them installed. Great pricing and will be doing my business there from now on.”
“My wife and I were finally getting out of town for a vacation in Branson, Missouri.We took off from Tulsa, Oklahoma in my Tahoe. While driving my ABS, Traction Control and Brake Warning lights came on. We limped into Branson and quickly discovered a rough roll from my front left tire and brake. It felt like a bad bearing.It was recommended to us to stay away from the main drag local auto repair shops. This person said I would be overcharged. He recommended Warehouse Tire of Hollister, Missouri.I went there first thing in the morning and was met by a Mr. William Martinez. He said they were booked solid. It was evident by all the vehicles in the parking lot they were more than booked!I told Mr. Martinez my story. He told he was going to help me out. William told me to go back to my wife and he would try to get my Tahoe in the shop. He called a guy to give me a ride back to my Cabin...lowest price by far ! $20 for a 13 mile ride ! At 2:30 ...just 6 hours after leaving Mr. Martinez called me and said "Come get your car" I was floored by his kindness. I am indebted to him for saving my vacation !Thank You William !!! And God Bless You !”

“We were trying to find a more affordable set of tires for our truck I checked at a few different places and finally went to Big O The people were so friendly and knowledgeable. Also very helpful I told her what I needed and showed her the quotes I had received from other places she was able to set us up with a better set of tires for just a few dollars more than the other places cheaper tires. We will definitely go back when it’s time for a new set for either one of our vehicles! Also anywhere had to order but they were able to get them later one the same day instead of us having to wait for a week or more plus the warranty was better priced than anywhere else we had an awesome experience thank you BIG O I believe we worked with Chelsea I think was her name”
“We were stopped at a stoplight headed for breakfast and a little more shopping before heading home from Branson when an oil light came on, which then shut the engine off to our vehicle. Luckily we were in very close proximity to Star Lube and Tire. We pulled in to get the oil checked and were told there was plenty of oil. The service man directed us to BAT Boys for further evaluation. We arrived and they got us in immediately for a diagnostic check. Come to find out, a valve that controls fumes was on the brink of disaster. They had the part necessary to fix it and had us back on the road within the hour! We are so grateful for the immediate attention to our vehicle and the awesome service at BAT Boys in Branson. If you need a mechanic, this place was awesome!”
