Be careful. We were 3 hours late on a return because we had to work on their equipment and replace a fuel filter to get the machine running and clean water lines for spray down system to work. to only be charged $290 dollars. Somehow they said a half day rental is only $70 less than the full day rental where we paid $360. I dont recommend this place at all. Only way we even found out about the extra charge was looking over credit charges. Definitely spent most of the extra time on maintenance of someone elses equipment

I went in to rent a floor scrubber to help clean my shop floor., I was not informed of different kinds of floor scrubbers. The floor scrubber they rented me had the rubber piece on the front of it detached, the decking piece to hold the scrub pad was absent. They gave me a little to no information of how to use it. When I got home, I couldn't figure out how to attach the scrub pad and called them to find out that the decking piece remined at the rental place. They eventually found it and called me back. I had to make a special 40 minute trip to go down and pick it up. on return, I found that the battery on the machine was not charged and had to wait an hour for it to charge. The scrubber worked fine once I got it going. On return they did not offer me any kind of discount for not having the assembly completed on rental. We eventually agreed to a half price rental which is less than fair considering I only operated it for some two hours. When they unloaded the machine they didn't take all of the parts with it and I had to return those to the rental place as well. I have rented there for years. Their quality has gone significantly downhill. Talk about some Ozark hillbillies!!!!!!

I have a storage unit there, they make it easy to pay my bill each month and I have access when I need to enter my unit. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!

We rented a 10ft U-Haul truck. They were very helpful in making the reservation, and pulled the truck up to make it easier to retrieve after hours. When we returned it, we had difficulties with the online check-in process. However, when we called the following morning to explain, the gentleman told us everything was taken care of and they handled it. We really appreciated the ease of the rental process.

I needed a big ladder for a job in Branson West. After a little searching, True Value Rental came up and after a quick call I had all the info I needed. Swung by, payed, got the ladder loaded with help from the staff and got on to the job. There was no hassle bringing the equipment back and the staff again was helpful with unloading.

No instructions on connecting trailer. No tongue jack. Impossible to lift trailer at drop location.drop point closed due to past hurricane. Refused to have me drop at different locations.

The only place that I rent from ever!Reasonable prices to rent the equipment. You don't feel like you're paying a second mortgage on your house just to rent something. Nice, knowledgeable guys to help you figure out exactly what you'll need for your weekend projects!
