all the staff are super friendly and cool and wanted to work through some issues. the only reason im giving 4/5 is because ive called and gotten no calls back after leaving voicemails other than that highly recommend this bank

Love this Bank and especially this branch. They make it easy for me to get all my banking done quickly and efficiently. The US bank online platform is exceptional and my main reason for using them, but if I do need face-to-face service, the Branson West branch loves its customers and always goes the extra mile.

I have had several very positive experiences at this branch of US bank. We don’t need to go into the bank often but when we do, the staff has been great. Very attentive, professional, and friendly. It is also easy to reach a local person by phone if needed. Happy with this bank branch.
