They are receiving a 1 star dude to multiple factors. 1 over priced for services you can receive for free at many other banks. 2 the policies they have are unreasonably restrictive why should you need 2 forms of Id and require such a high % cashing fee. It’s worse than Walmart for non account holders. 3 the teller on staff that day has slammed only able to process one at a time when there were staff standing around literally watching as customers waiting up to 10 minutes per guest in line there where 7people in line and they just stood there . 3 the staff on shift that day where-very rude when we starting complaining , an older gentleman’s feet where hurting and this man looked unwell and still he was forced to wait . So between price gouging, overbearing policy’s and just plain inexcusable customer service fail . I will no longer do business with this branch or this brand and would advise to use discretion when considering your options with whom you chose to bank with because this could have been your experience and that would have been your family member standing in line……. I have no clue who than older man was and I hope him well …

Won't cash payroll check in drive thru drawn on arvest bank even when lobby is closed obviously nobody will appreciate THAT YOU WANT 2 AND THUMB PRINT NO PROB YA EVEN IN DRIVE THRU ???

Arvest is garbage!!! I wish you could leave negative stars!!!! A non account holder can not cash a check at the drive thru on the weekends! And none of their lobbies are open! Most worthles bank on the planet! Go somewhere else for your banking needs!!!!!

My husband went into the bank to cash a check from an account holder at arvest. When he went to the teller he was told that it was a five dollar fee to cash a check off of an account holders account! Really? Even the manager confirmed that this was correct! So he took the check to our bank and they could not believe that arvest charges a five dollar fee for a check from their own customer’s account.

Continue to have misunderstandings about basic transactions, at this location. Today I completed a deposit slip, in the back of my checks, to show exactly what I needed: money transferred from one account to the other. The deposit slip showed the dollar amount I wanted deposited into my checking, from the other account, that also included that account number. The transaction was processed backwards. Tellers don’t seem to be able to read a deposit slip, even for a simple transaction like this. Thank God I realized the accounts were processed backwards. Guess I need to do my banking in Hollister.

If you ever cash a check here, always make sure they are giving you the correct amount back. Someone’s scamming cash on the side.

We have 4 accounts at Arvest Bank, however we don't live within 4 state area , so I'm buying a older 5th wheel and borrowing $8900 , I have 814 credit score , I got over $200K in IRA , and Arvest Bank turned me down because they said I live out of the 4 state area that Arvest has banks in , and since its and RV I might pull it out of this 4 state area I was told by one of their loan managers, if it wasn't for my wife I would pull all our money out of Arvest Bank , so folks if you live out of 4 state area go to another Bank .! Don't waste your time !! If you live in the 4 state area of an Arvest Bank go to another Bank that will work with you !!

Worst bank I’ve ever used. Arvest did not tell me they would hold two of my checks for a week 2 times in the span of a month. Tried to call the assistance number and was told there would be a 3 day hold because she had a customer as a teller who had a check bounce. Been with arvest for 3 years and have NEVER had any issues with my checks. The only issue I have is not having my money available in a timely manner and then to be told it’s because of fraudulent checks. Then to have the women on the phone scoff towards me and direct my call to a 45 minute queue.

Not considerate it at all. Try to deposit a check with them and they call saying it could be fraudulent. Never stating that they hold your check for a week . Call up to bank no one cares. They call you back to state the check didn't clear when but when I call the bank the check came from they show me pictures of the amount withdrawn. So then your scared that someone at the bank stole your check. Just not professional. The banks wonder why no one trusts them anymore...... Just sad, heard they were a great bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone! Beware especially if you moved or are from out of state.
