Jordan at the Branson Corporate AT&T store was very very helpful....He was very knowledgeable about everything AT&T and more! He was able to take care of all of our needs and he was very nice and courteous...We were very pleased with our experience!

Jody was our person we visited with and she was so helpful in so many ways. She was so polite and helped me with my husband's phone and told me about when I travel internationally the cost and she put me on the plan for when I leave.
We are in the Branson, Missouri store and ask for Jody when you walk in.

I am highly satisfied with the customer service we received at the Branson Hills location. Alex held tge door and greeted us and passed us along to Forest who is absolutely ? fantastic and knowledgeable!! We are very very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the store employees.

The people working at this ATNT store did a fantastic job. They were patient, understanding, kind, and very helpful. This store was the best store I have ever went to for customer service. I have the utmost respect for everyone in this store, and I think they are all doing an amazing job. :)

My husband and I had wonderful experience purchasing new iPhones at the Branson, Missouri AT&T store. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Jacob, who directed us to a table where we could discuss our needs. He carefully explained all of our options and guided us to purchase the right iPhone for our needs. The older model phones we wanted were not in stock but Jacob did a great job of contacting us as soon as the phones were available. Jacob was professional and very knowledgeable about the different iPhones and data plans. He did not try to trick us into a more expensive plan nor was he overbearing.The store was immaculate and welcoming. The entire time we were there, no customers were waiting to be helped; there was plenty of staff to help everyone.I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Branson/Springfield area. Unacceptable customer service just to purchase a sim card. Had to call att and wait on hold and wait on shipping. If att customer service can mail me one to be activated later, then this CORPORATE store should have done the same. Long hair guy again, didn't catch his name.
