“Denny's was absolutely amazing! We were visiting from Kansas City and both rear brakes went kaput. Even though they were really busy, they squeezed us in. They had to order parts so they gave us a ride back to our hotel and picked us up the next morning when it was done. The parts came in that night instead of the next morning like they thought and Chris decided to just knock it out after hours. We are sooo appreciative for the whole team! We recommend them to everyone. Side note: use check or cash cause there is a high card fee that they can't bypass.”

Left my Nissan with them after discovering I had a bad oil leak.
They diagnosed it as a bad rear main seal.
Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, but they didn’t charge me for looking at it or leaving it there until I could arrange to have it picked up.”

“Eldon was extremely helpful, completely honest and informed me of every detail throughout the whole process. He explained everything so I could understand it, he even offered for me to come back for other repairs I need. I've been in search of an affordable and trustworthy mechanic that won't break the bank, I definitely found him! I had been riding in the spring/summer heat with no AC and 2 year old daughter. Eldon kept me in the loop letting me know what was broken, fixed it quickly, got me on the road with ice cold AC in 20 mins!! I was so thankful as I've been to multiple other shops that literally just wanted me to repair other things on my car and charge me $500+ for it (and still be without AC). Thank you guys you are life savers!!!”
“I arrived without an appointment as the battery in my Silverado had died and I needed a replacement. The service department worked me in to check system and replace battery, even though the shop was busy. I was extremely pleased with the prompt service and for the quality battery. The replacement labor charge was less than other shops in the area, for the same service. I was very pleased with all aspects of the visit and would recommend Pinegar for anyone needed service on their vehicle.

During an off road session my Jeep decided to take a break and the transfer case linkage bushing broke, so the Jeep was left stranded. Had to drive back home (8 hours away) and they picked up the jeep fixed it and even helped me with the trailer setup to bring it back.
Next time i need to service my Jeep in Branson AML is definitely my way to go”
“On a veterans day trip to Branson my parents had electrical problems, battery and alternator. Luckily the were parked 1 block away from downtown Texaco. I walked to them described the situation. A mechanic immediately grabbed a jumper box a retrieved the car. He then diagnosed the problems and within 5 minutes we were given approximate time and price at completion. Well they were spot on the time and better then quoted on the price of parts and labor. These are very friendly honest people and made a bad expirence and good memory. Thank yall very much God Bless”
“Our hero!! Brand new motorhome had issue with Aquahot spraying diesel and not igniting. This angel of a gentleman worked nearly all day to get us continuing on our trip to a wedding. Can't thank him enough, so sorry I didn't get his name. So rare to find such a caring individual, I bet he's the owner :)”
“They're more expensive than their competitors... BUT they've always done right by me. They're work is done correctly and they provide photos of what is wrong. They're waiting area is great ESPECIALLY if you have to wait with a child (a whole room with a television and toys for your little one to play). I also appreciate that there a Christian company.”
“On vacation and my car overheated on Sunday morning (planned to leave the following Monday morning). Eventually I made it to the body shop parking lot and left a message on the answering machine because they were closed. I followed up Monday at 0800, right when they opened, talked to Pat and explained my situation. He called me back a little while later, explained what he thinks it would take to get me home ( Central Illinois about a 7 hour drive) safely and provided a reasonable quote for parts/service. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day and even admitted that he had accidentally ordered the wrong part and that ETA would be later in the day. I appreciate the honesty and the open communication! Car was finished after business hours, he called to ask if they could keep it overnight so they can test drive for a final inspection in the morning. At this point, I had already committed to staying an extra night so this didn't bother me. However, I'm sure if I needed to leave that night, he would have stayed later so that I could've picked up my car - he's just that type of person/business owner.When I checked out, there were a few more things that they saw needed some maintenance. If I lived in this area or had the time to stay longer, this is where I would have my car serviced. My experience supports what most of the other reviews mentioned. Good service, great communication, reasonable prices and overall great experience (considering the situation).”

If you ever run into a problem with your car I think this place would be able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I want to thank Bradley and Ben for fixing our seat. It would have cost us hundreds to fix it. We tķhank God for them.”
