I went to Belk today and when I went to check out with Tim I could not find my card. Tim had a line of people. He insisted on helping me and calling the company line. He was so nice and friendly and didn't give up on me or the lady with the same problem. He was under a stressful situation with the line, but he had a awesome outlook. Thank you Tim, you were awesome. I am a local in Branson. I see a bright future for him.

Shopped in men's department specifically large and tall. Sorry I didn't get her name but clerk was very helpful and no pleasant. Because of her I'll be back.

Recently visited Belk in Branson Landing and picked up a pair of Sketchers that were marked 25% off - when I went to check out they rang up full price , I relayed that there was a sign indicating a sale price. A gentleman who I assume was a manager confirmed they were not on sale. I said I didn't want the shoes at full price, a few minutes later I went back to the shoes to make sure I didn't mis-read the sign, and lo and behold the same gentleman was back there removing the 25% off signs. At best this is was a shady business interaction and at worst it was illegal to not honor the price stated on the sign. Buyers beware - maybe take pictures of sale signs. Meanwhile there are so many places to shop - maybe skip this one.

I always find clothing to fit me here! Modern styles, great colors and prints!! Also, the Branson store is always clean, neat, and easy to find things! The employees do a great job!!

Great Belk location. The sales are good and the employees are beautifully kind and helpful, especially during peak business. It's a great department store to hit in the Branson area!
