Cut the graphic novels shelf in half and gave more shelf room to Manga. Pretty disappointing considering the manga already takes up more than enough shelf space.

Big book store at a nice location. Other chain stores around like Best Buy, Michael's, Petco etc. make this my favorite book store at my favorite shopping center in Branson

my purchase was fine. but whatever you do, do not sign up for the BAM membership. i said no to the cashier originally, but after being pressured into it; i finally gave in and said fine. she didn’t ask for any card info and said that this membership is not a credit card. what i DIDNT know, and what was not disclosed to me, is that a membership is $25 yearly. that’s fine, if you read a lot then im sure the membership is worth it. i literally told the cashier i didn’t want a membership and i didn’t shop here often. after finally being pressured into a membership i didn’t want, i realized only after checking my receipt they had charged me $25 for it.
on top of this, i tried calling during their operating hours and nobody has picked up yet.

Was waiting at the door when they opened. Girl unlocked the door then I never saw her again. Was needing help. Second employee showed up late, set her stuff down, ignored me then went to the back room. Never saw her again either. Waited fifteen minutes for help. It’s like no one worked there. Crazy. I thought the point of being in business was to actually engage customers and get their business. Won’t go there again.

I'm Actually Bringing A Case Against This Particular Store and A Specific Lady In An Unqualified Managerial Position , Slander , Defamation of Character , Taking and Never Returning My Property , and Public Ridicule and Humiliation For Being "Not Up To What They Assumed I Should Be or Look Like. All She Had To do Was Look in The Computer and Nothing Further But Refused , Trespassed Me From The Store on My 5th Visit Where I hand Spent Around $700 During My Previous 4. I'm Not Against The Business In General But No One Else Should Ever Be Treated Or Made Feel The Way I Have Been. I Won't Be Posting My Evidentiary Photos Here as To Keep From Compromising My Case. This Isn't In Any Way About Monetary Gain But Allowing Others To Be Treated Just and Fairly No Matter Where Someone "THINKS" They Should Stand !!
