Excellent customer service! I rented the wrong unit online and called them. They made switching super easy. Also followed up to make sure we got moved in ok and to see if we needed anything! Good prices too!

Our unit was broken into from the neighboring vacant unit. Someone gained access to our property by cutting a hole in the adjacent wall. I realize that the theft itself isn’t the fault of the owner, however I believe the theft could have been deterred if the vacant unit was secured with a lock. The thing that really upsets me is that the owner of the property had locks put on all of the vacant units prior to us discovering what had happened yet they did not detect the huge hole at that time. Who puts a lock on a unit without looking inside first?! What if a person was camped out in that unit? It does not make sense to me at all! We have had other small issues during our tenancy regarding payment. There was a period of about 6 months where I had to call them every single month to take my payment out. Overall I would not recommend renting a unit at this property.
