Our hero!! Brand new motorhome had issue with Aquahot spraying diesel and not igniting. This angel of a gentleman worked nearly all day to get us continuing on our trip to a wedding. Can't thank him enough, so sorry I didn't get his name. So rare to find such a caring individual, I bet he's the owner :)

Thank you John and Ken and the guys. You really saved me today. You fixed my brakes and saved me from having to drive 8 hours in a dangerous situation. I would have made it but it would not be fun. Y’all did a great job for a drop in from Louisiana.

Change your own cabin air filer. $13.04 on Amazon for the same exact part number that Branson Motor Coach installed. Not realizing how easy it was to remove and replace, they charged me $124.14 for part, labor, and hazard material. Really- a dirty filter is hazard material.

First long trip our class A Rv and had a loud noise coming radiator area when arriving Branson. Called the shop and got us in and repaired in a day. Great staff and sure appreciated the service and time they took get us taken care of. I work for a GM dealership and this shop I'd highly recommend, thanks again.

Needed a bus wash while in Branson and not only did they do a fantastic wash job but they also dumped and flushed the bathroom. Great try service and friendly staff. Location is also perfect.

Branson Motor Coach came to our rescue! They are very knowledgeable and treated us with compassion and respect. Our trouble began with some sort of intermittent electrical problem. While driving, the park brake light would come on which would trigger the levelling jacks. We called Newmar who said it was a Ford problem and Ford said it was a Newmar problem.
We arrived in Branson, Missouri and the levelling jacks were non-responsive. Branson Motor Coach took our motorhome in the next business day. Ken the owner, contacted Newmar and a Customer Service Tech assigned a case number. That did no good. For four days Ken called, left messages, sent email, etc. and received no communication from Newmar. We had Branson Motor Coach do a full service on the motorhome, wash it and do a front wheel alignment. We had them order the HWH Jack Control Panel and install it. Now our jack system is working fine! We feel we have struck up a great friendship with Ken and all his employees. Many thanks for getting us back on the road!

I was truly impressed with the service we received on our Newmar Dutch Star. We had a valve fail in the air system. They diagnosed it and got the valve overnight. In addition I asked if they had time to look at our dash ac. They fixed that as well. They have all kinds of certifications including Spartan, Prevost, Cummins etc etc. these guys are very well versed in RVs and buses. Very happy camper. /0-9 Newmar Dutch Star.

I cannot simply say enough good about this place. We were in town playing Silver Dollar City, and had a coolant leak. We called they told us to drop it off while we were playing our shows. By the time our last show was over they had the pipe repaired and the entire job wrapped up. Completely first class all the way.

I have been a customer of Branson Motor Coach for nearly 20 years. The services performed have always been top notch. The staff is friendly and professional. The shop is well organized, and communications while work is being performed is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Brought Coach in for a list of things to check traveling through state with one of the main concern's being air bags drop, clunk in front brakes, check filters, coolant etc..we were willing to leave coach for a week if needed while visiting family.During an outing a few days later we get a call coach is ready! really no calls with pricing, what they found nothing there response I will send you a link with invoice ok I guess I have owned Auto repair shops for 30 years and never would I consider doing this! but I was glad it was fixed so we called and said we could pick up coach in a few days which is what we did now if you had someones coach in for air bag leak wouldn't you think if it was sitting in your lot we might check to see if its dropping? not them we show up after an hour drive coach is down and they are making excuses, one of there techs slides under and says he found 3 leaks in 5 minutes now we have to leave it again and delay our trip the bill stated check all airlines and fittings for leaks and after sitting for 3 days there are more leaks guess what more money and the brake clunk they couldn't find origanlly they find the second time at a cost of 388.00 so in short the bill went from 1200.00 to 2200.00 after sitting in there lot amazing! so those fittings just happened to start leaking all of a sudden in there lot.The best part is when had to get going to our next destination the brakes still clunk in front and coach still sinks after 1/2 hour and they tell me when I called if its a fitting we replaced we will cover it. The thing that's really disturbing is again bill states that they checked all fittings and lines which is a lye because tech found many more instantly but the new bill states which stupidly I didn't catch because we where in a hurry DURING COACH PICK UP CUSTOMER NOTICED ANOTHER LEAK CONDITION! WHAT ITS THE SAME CONDITION.
So again because of my background I know these people are full of bull so to all of you fellow RVER,S be careful if you don't know the lingo of bull you will think they did a great job they take no responsibility at all which is sad I understand this type of work is hard Ive been in it most of my life but you have to take responsibility for your people and there work basically 2200 Dollars for and Air Filter and a grease Job Good luck to you all.
I hardly ever leave a review and it sadens me to leave such a negative one to a fellow owner of a repair business !
