This place needs a 6-star review! Climate-controlled. No bugs. No mice. Clean facility. Easy move in and out. Newer facility too, compared to most around Branson. And Carol even gives you bottled water if you're moving a whole bunch of stuff.
It may cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for. After seeing other company reviews where people have lost or damaged items in storage, what's the point? Just do it right the first time and go to Branson Self Storage. Carol will fix you up!

This storage place is amazing!! Carol is the best she will go over and beyond! This is the second storage place I have been too and only because my first one got broken into, so coming to Branson self storage I feel safe and I know that no one will be breaking in and stealing anything because carol is amazing and they are always very aware of who they rent to. I probably will not be renting any other storage place in Branson!

I just moved into a spotless 10x20 climate controlled unit. The whole process was extremely easy. The manager and owner treated me with such kindness. They seem to know everything about storage and were able to advise me. It feels so bright, safe and clean. I felt so blessed because moving is typically so stressful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

First thing first... CAROL! Carol made the process of renting so easy. Super sweet and even helped me move things into my unit. I recently moved and had to move out of my unit and she even help move things out. All in all, the owners and Carol are great people. I knew my belongings were in a safe space. I highly recommend them!

This is definitely the best storage unit rental center in Branson!!! If you want your items to be safe and well cared for, this is the place you want to keep it! Carol is absolutely amazing to work with. She takes amazing care of the property. Not only is it ALWAYS clean, but she vigilantly monitors the security cameras to make sure that your items are safe and protected. You have a code to enter, so there are never non-renters on the property. I know that when I walk away, my items are protected by Carol and will be ready for me when I return. She is also amazing to work with and the sweetest person with the best customer service. She truly cares about this property and her clients.

I rented my unit here for a little over a year. I loved that I could access my unit 24/7, it was always super clean, temperature controlled and Carol was absolutely the best manager. She was helpful anytime I needed assistance. And their pricing was really affordable. I’ll be renting a unit from them again if I ever need extra space!

We recently chose to put our RV in storage in Branson, one of our favorite vacation destinations. Based on an internet search we chose Branson Self Storage and are we glad we did! It is a large, clean, well maintained facility secured with cameras, it is gated, and the entire lot is paved, which is fantastic! In addition, their manager, Carol, is simply amazing! Carol is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She goes above and beyond! When she met us onsite to set up our account, we were thrilled with the experience and we made a friend as well. Anytime we reach out with questions or concerns, we were reminded that we had made the best choice.Overall, our experience with Branson Self Storage has been nothing short of excellent.Carol, we are grateful, and we appreciate you!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mz. Carol that is an amazing lady she has done nothing but bend over backwards to help me from the min I called in a panic for a place to store my things in a emergency situation to it being after 5 and she stayed over at work with important plans to help me have a place for the weekend to I was heart broken on side of road cuz all my things was in the field broken an distroyed she sat there talk to me and went to get me a soda an called her friends to help me get my things to storage in the heat and upsetting time and then went the extra mile to call an check on me after that Mz. Carol is super amazing and a awsome woman inside an out I fell blessed to have found branson self storage and mz Carol and wouldn't trade it for anything Thanks so much....
