“Great experience. My wife damaged her Highlander. We had several choices from the insurance company, we decided to try Crash Champions and I'm glad we did! Since the Branson site was busy they towed it to their Springfield site to get it done quicker. James was our contact and he kept us posted every step of the way. He was polite and friendly, made us feel like a friend was working for us. Really put us at ease (thanks James). I was surprised at the short time to repair, even though they had to order parts, they had it only about a week from drop off to pick up. Everything from the store front to the people I came in contact with were professional and friendly. Whoever owns this place should be proud.”

I was literally stranded, in the rain, with two kids at school... and my nearest family member was over an hour away. They didn’t hesitate to loan me the rental for a few days so I could get back and forth to work.
