Aweful aweful aweful location, the manager does not stick up for her employees when customers treat them poorly, then when other customers do stand up for employees we get kicked out and banned. This is by far the worst caseys, and gas station in the entire branson mo area, and i hope no ever goes to it again for their sanitys sake

So went in with my other half and got a blueberry crumble cappuccino and Kristen was the closer if u will she was the one working at 3:50am on July 15 and she was super sweet tbh she deserves a raise

We were starving after work but didn't have time to call in a pizza. Went into Casey's and the Kitchen Manager Dee overheard us talking about ordering a pizza and said that we could. She told us it would be ready in about 10 minutes. We decided to wait in the car, and go back in, however next thing we know Dee is at our window with our pizza. Now that's service!! Thank you so much!!!

They are disrespectful i called and one of the lady were yelling and saying they didnt have time to take my call and was really selfish to me and then they said they said they couldnt do something but its on there websit which was annoying because i wasted a hour or so on a order that i didnt get

I don't usually bother to write complaints but I feel this is a situation where I should due to the poor service. I placed an order for a pizza and it was not made right. I ordered mushroom, pepperoni, and black olives as toppings, got home and discovered they did not put pepperoni on it. And I paid for it. My kids won't eat the pizza without pepperonis. I tried calling the store multiple times to try to speak to someone and the employee told me twice he couldn't hear me and hung up the phone, but he definitely could hear me. I won't be ordering pizza from this store again.

Do not try to order delivery pizza at this location because they do not know what is going on. When I called this Casey's to order pizza to a local Branson campground they had no idea what I was taking about and they told me that they o ly make pizza and hung up. Very!!!!!!!! rude and I do not know how they can do business this way.

The night kitchen manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. We never received our order and when we called to request a refund he not only cussed at us but he also hung up on us. This happen on 2-18-25 at 10pm. We will never order from here again. This was our favorite go to for pizza but with unprofessional and downright hateful people like that managing the kitchen, they can keep it.

The worst, most unkempt Casey's I've ever been in. The bathrooms are gross and the whole place smells like wet dog. The poor cashier was working two registers while other workers were standing around. Trash all over.
