Poor customer service went through drive thru and they put my credit card payment on someone else's account then refused to answer the phone when I called so I have to drive all the way back to bank to fix this

I had a fantastic experience with Dana Gunter, SVP Mortgage Manager at Central Bank. From our first meeting, she showed incredible professionalism and expertise. Dana took the time to understand my needs and guided me through every step of the mortgage process with clarity and patience.
Her responsiveness and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Dana, I secured a great mortgage rate and am now happily settled in my new home. She is very knowledgeable and supportive and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

In short my card got hacked this past Sunday and the bank was unable to print me a new card until Wednesday. I went to the 165 location for help and Dominic was so great. He made everything easy and breazy!!!
