I've never had a problem with them like I did with others. Over 5 years price never changed, no outages. There was the occasional lag but it wasn't even daily, how many others can say that? They were pretty close to appointment times. And the techs were always very kind and helpful.

I am lucky if my Internet stays on through a 25 minute TV show. It cuts out so much. Literally has to be the worst Internet available. Unfortunately I don't have ALOT of options where I live. They are trash. Do not take care of there customers

Our upload and download speeds are both beneath 1 Mbps all the time.
