My shopping experience at this Chico’s Off The Rack was very unpleasant. One of the clerks (Judy) kept degradingly referring to me as “hunnie” & such instead of mam. When I politely pointed that out to her, she only escalated & all I could hear was “hun” & “hunnie” Very cheesy unpleasant atmosphere for an establishment what is supposed to be an upscale boutique.

Very disappointed with their return policy. Because of Covid, they have reduced store hours from 10am-7pm to 11am-5pm, which inhibited me from making my returns by the date on my receipt. There was no grace period at all and "the computer" won't allow stores to return items past 60 days. I called customer service and they were not much help either. Make sure you love what you buy!
