I had a very unpleasant shopping experience at this store. It was humiliating being referred to as “sweetie” by the manager herself & as “honey” by an associate. An associate was persistent & firmly stood her ground with all that “ honey” stuff, even after being politely corrected.

Be sure and buy a bigger size on their knit shirts, I loved mine but wish I bought a bigger size, this photo shows how much the navy one shrunk after washing and now is too tight around my arms. Both shirts are the same but navy one was washed and red one was not

Nancy the manager was so very helpful and friendly. The store was very well displayed and stocked. I am so happy to have a C AND BANKS store close enough for me to drive to even though it is not in Springfield, Mo where I shop. More of my sizes were availableRelaxed fit..Thank you

There's not too many brick and mortar stores left. It used to be a great brand, good quality and reasonable price. This outlet is anything but. Clearance items are way to expensive and products are made cheaper.

It was a nice cute place but I got a weird vibe from the employees. They said to all their customers that looks great on you. Even if the customers didn't really liked how it looked on themselves. The place was great though.

O my gosh . . . They closed and I was sooo sad when they did. I love this store. Soooo glad they REOPENED. Love their clothes. Staff very friendly & helpful. Prices reasonable but sales are great.
