Savannah was absolutely amazing! She Peirced my ear and explained everything and helped pick out extra earrings! We will definitely go back on our next trip to see her!

Went here today to get my daughters ears pierced. She was very nervous!!! Savannah did an amazing job at talking her through the process! We made it through, and she is super happy with them!! Savannah went above and beyond!

My daughter got a helix piercing. Without going into a ton of detail she ear was inflamed and sore. I took her to Claire’s and April explained exactly how to care for her ear and what to purchase. She explained everything where it was understandable. My daughter’s ear is healing now and looks amazing. I am so thankful for April listening and taking care of my girl . I would suggest this Claire’s to anyone.

Kassidy and Savannah did an amazing job piercing our little girls ears! She was extremely nervous because it was her first time getting it done and they made her feel comfortable with the process and the piercing came out looking great.

Claire’s is so fun. It’s a great place to get pierced, buy jewelry, and have a blast! I went to Claires for my most recent piercings and April took great care of me. April is just AWESOME! Highly recommend Claire’s and April!

Had my ears pierced with a second piercing at Claire’s in Tanger Mall Branson MO in March 2025. Never had any trouble with the first piercing years before. This time the left ear went great but the right ear, the gun slipped or something. Really hurt & she had to redo it. April talked me into buying the more expensive earrings to lessen problems if I was wearing them for long periods of time. I used the cleaner daily as instructed. However, the right one stayed sore. We went on a 6-week trip & I left earrings in but after returning decided I should take earrings out for the night, clean good again & out back in. Again left ear find but couldn’t get right ear in. Tried for two days & decided to go back to Claire’s & talk to April. She told me my ear piercing had knots in it & closed up. Said I would have to re-pierce again at full cost (over $100) or go to Tattoo & Piercing Artist to see if they could open up. She did not accept any responsibility for the right ear piercing that she messed up on…poor customer service.

April was amazing for my daughter's first ear piercing! The ear piercing area was very clean and April was sure to properly sanitize in between customers. It was busy when we went in, but she handled it like a pro!

We had a group of girls get our ears pierced by April! She was great! Very informative, kind, gentle and had a fun personality! 10/10 recommend her!

We went here to have my husband’s ear pierced. We were introduced to April. We call her Dr. April because she is a pro, very reassuring and an expert on what she does. The entire procedure went well and she’s really lovely and fun to talk to. Claire’s at Tanger is much more jolly with her there. 😊

My fiancé and I went shopping in this store on Christmas vacation and did not have a very pleasant experience. It was a Saturday evening and they were doing a buy 3 get 3 free for all items and we decided to take advantage of the sale. I got to a different store and changed my mind on 5 items we had purchased, so he returned them and only kept the one item; a two layered necklace for $15. We got to our hotel and were about to leave to go to a Christmas event and as I was wearing it and getting ready it kept tangling really easily and I went to straighten it out and fix it, and one of the chains snapped like twig and I didn’t even get to wear it except for those few minutes I was getting ready.….
Then a couple days later, we went to return it and they wouldn’t give us our money back. Because we “had the wrong receipt” which I’m not even sure how that happened because we purchased everything together the first time. Then they found a back-up receipt that they kept and told us they “couldn’t give all of our money back because we purchased it on a sale day…..”
My advice is not to shop here. The staff were friendly when we were giving them money, but when we wanted our money back for a piece of crap, weak necklace, they weren’t as cordial or as helpful. So, customer service; not the best.
To sum up, I will not be shopping here again, because, when I purchase something, I would like to be able to return it for a FULL refund and if that can’t happen, you don’t get anymore of my business, plain and simple. And if you do shop here, my advise is to make sure that what you purchase is as strong as a towing cable because if it breaks you are not guaranteed a full refund…
This was our experience and my opinion about the whole deal. There’s no animosity, just frustration. Hope this helps others.

April is sweet, knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and so warm! She pierced myself and my three sisters’ ears! It was painless and the easiest few minutes ever! Truly could not recommend helped more! 🩷

April is THE BEST for ear piercings!!!! She is incredibly kind, patient, experienced, and efficient - so much so that five in our group (ages 5 to 34) decided to get ear piercings with her in one day! She will even sing show tunes to ease your mind and pass the time 😆. We had a great experience at this Claire’s location and highly recommend it.

Allie was AMAZING with my daughter’s first ear piercing. The store was so busy but she was great at going back and forth between checking out and multiple ear piercings. She was so sweet at explaining and being patient. If we get another piercing we’d want to return here (we live in north MS).
